Code of Conduct
Philosophy
TG Terminals Pvt. Ltd. Code of Conduct promotes the highest ethical standards in all of the Company's business dealings and reflects our commitment to our corporate values of honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility. TG Terminals Pvt. Ltd. expects that its vendors will share and embrace these values as well as our commitment to regulatory compliance.

Purpose
The Purpose of this document is to define the minimum standards that all of TG Terminals vendor partners are required to follow. The vendor partners include, but are not limited to:
Suppliers
Sub-contractors,
Labour contractors,
Site contractors
Consultant
Third parties

Each vendor is required to act responsibly and with integrity and honesty, and to comply with this code and its underlying principles, policies and instructions. By signing on a copy of this Code of Conduct, the respective Vendor commits itself to total compliance with this Code of Conduct in letter & spirit.

Compliance with applicable laws/regulations/government orders
All business and other activities of TG Terminals shall be carried out strictly in compliance with all applicable laws/regulations/government orders.

It is mandatory for each vendor to comply with the requirements of all those laws and regulations that apply to the Vendor’s workmen, staff, premises, business practices and to its relationship with TG Terminals.

Business Practices and Ethics
TG Terminals vendors must conduct their business with highest standards of ethics, professionalism and business conduct, while complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

Bribery & corrupt business practices
The Vendor will not, directly or through any other person or firm, offer, promise or give to any of TG Terminals employees or to any third person any material or other benefit which he/she is not legally entitled to, in order to obtain in exchange any advantage of any kind whatsoever during the dealings with TG Terminals.

Vendor will not offer or accept bribe or use other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage. No supplier, or its representative or employees, shall offer to any employee of TG Terminals a kick-back, favor, gratuity or anything of value to obtain favorable treatment or for the advancement of business.

Shall not offer any gift or entertainment for the purpose of obtaining an order for any undue favor.

Health, safety and environmental management
TG Terminals endeavours to create hazard-free workplaces for its employees, vendors, contractors, and others working in
  TG Terminals.
Each vendor is responsible for complying with the safety instructions, for using personal protection equipment when
  required, and for reporting on any shortcomings regarding safety instructions or protection measures while they are in TG
  Terminals premises.
The Vendors shall follow all environment health and safety and other operational policies of the company while executing
  the work.

Labour Practices and Human Rights
Vendors must conduct their employment practices in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and must, without limitation:
Use only voluntary labor; the use of forced labor is prohibited;
Comply with all local laws, minimum wage and hour and minimum working age laws and requirements; the use of child labor
  is prohibited; and
Maintain employee records in accordance with local regulations.
